This was my worst experience I never worked for a company that was so disorganized. The leadership is horrible. It's all about politics no work life balance

It is a very comfortable place to work. Encourage interaction with all employees. Open door policy, allowing communication will all members of management.

Miramar brands is not up to the task at hand and jumps to conclusions according to what they think not according to the facts. They will withhold pay as they see fit and do not care what the facts truly are. They take advantage of the employees lack of knowledge to benefit them without regards to the employee.

Really good and managers and coworkers. But the bosses are very nasty people they don't care about you and their managers. Too many of my coworkers lost their jobs after they closed some stores.they promised them with another place somewhere else. That's was big lies because at th end they get rid of everyone including the managers. It's so frustrating to see people who were in the first line when Corona killing people left and right and now send them at home in this holiday season I could be the next who knows ??

The company and higher ups sell you a good game but you are left in dangerous positions especially in management. You deal with a constant flow of threats from the outside especially if you are put in a bad area... which is most likely. Don't forget the robberies and yes they always have weapons....don't put your life in danger...there are much better jobs.

Honestly I could never recommend the one I went to. The customers were beyond rude and the lack of breaks were horrid.This job is not for those who are sensitive and or easily afraid. It's also not a good job for people who need breaks to actually eat food.

Fue genial trabajar en 7 eleven siempre te alientan a seguir creciendo en la empresa si trabajas bien reconocen tu trabajo y puedes postularte para puestos más altos, realmente no hay nada complicado en el trabajo solo es saber dar un buen servicio y obviamente saber manipular bien la caja con rapidez y eficiencia

Management will hire anyone, so you get the worst of the worst when it comes to staff. No one is enforcing rules, management has zero standards. No one cleans, even during Covid-19. It truly is an awful place to work.

You will be overworked and underpaid working at 7- eleven. You do not have any chance of moving up in the store I was working at. I also thought my boss did not do enough about dealing with the homeless people.

Everything is clear.You know what to do.A minor training is always useful.Work load is not heavy.Though sometimes there might be a lot of customers.But hey more customers more business

Work-life balanceWork-life balance at 7-Eleven is difficult because i need to switch shifts due to my baby and instead i got hours cut and the same shift scheduled. I also dont have a constant schedule which would be very helpful.Pay & benefitsMy pay and benefits at 7-Eleven are ridiculously low for a 3rd shifter in a corporate store. 9.10 is not enough for the work that gets done on 3rd shift with one person working.

its been 5 days after payday and still have no check. Its not my manager or area managers fault. Payroll seems to not be able to pay me for hours worked

Graveyard is responsible for recieving inventory, cleaning, facing and stocking, and finally filling online orders. Pay doesnt match up with job duties.

The owners are horrible and usually they are the managers. They are uncouth, ill mannered people who will not in any way care one bit for their employees. Pay is misreble and work load is a lot. Then there are the low life foul mouthed customers, thieves who regularly come there and there is no training in the world to deal with them, mostly from the Hood.You work at your own risk of life

If you do your job its almost impossible to be fired its easy stock,clean,chashier people and thats about it nothing more nothing less honestly one of the easiest jobs ive ever had.

This job only paid minimum wage, but wanted people to work 9 hours straight without a break to even eat! You have to stand on your feet all day, so imagine trying to do that with no food in your system! They take about a year to give you a raise and when they do, it’s only a quarter.

I was threatened when i asked for a 50 cent raise that if i didnt work for them for 6 months after giving me a raise than it would be as if i NEVER worked there and would not be paid my last paycheck if i quite during the 6 months. I was also told to stop paying attention to detail that wasnt my job.Pay & benefitsNo benefits offered what so ever yet they demand your time and that you work most shifts alone.Job security and advancementThey had cameras but only used them for their benefits.ManagementIf your a hard worker and determined to succeed they will use that advantage to turn you into a work horse with no concern or benefits to your advancement making it near impossible to thrive. I was a single mother providing for 4 kids who were not able to be with me due to lack of wage and cost of living ratio in this country.OverallSome franchises should be well investigated when they say they cant afford to give you raise or benefits yet they can take money out of safe for self.

It is not called a convenience store for nothing. I love going outside when its dark and i always crave for something. Whenever we go for a trip, we always go when it's dark and 7-11 became our on-the-go store.
