BC was the most professional school I have ever worked at (in nearly 30 years of TEFL) as TESOL, education, culture and the arts were the priorities. In other words, it was not hindered by overbearing adminstrators, accountants or business people. In fact, these personnel were entirely supportive and the office was completely free of company politics. The department was continually striving to develop, and the working atmosphere was productive and vibrant. The teaching staff were highly collaborative and great fun. Frequent classroom observations (by DELTA- and MA-qualified peers) and the workshops/ ongoing training ensured high teaching standards for the benefit of the learners. The hard work served to advance my repertoire of teaching skills enormously and this was highly rewarding. Teaching at BC provided invaluable experience so career-wise it was an extremely worthwhile move.

British Council is a world-known company, offering IELTS English Proficiency Test and English courses for people in all ages. I really enjoyed working there.

I have to type in student's information into the system and organised it into a file. Sometimes, I had to do marketing research and answering as well as calling customers. I had learn the skills of how to talk to people and become more organized. The workplace culture is quite comfortable in addition to some other teams asked me to do their work. The hardest part of this work was to take care of children because I could not using ordering tone toward them and I had to learn something new, such as calculating sales' performance in Excel. The most enjoyable part was knowing people from different places and exchange our ideas

•Worked with internal and external auditors and implemented auditors’ findings and recommendations
優點
english working environment and open management style
缺點
it was a new organization in taiwan and many poiclies were not in place.
