I learned how to speak some of the basic mandarin language, I have learned how to be sociable with different culture.The company gave us a good benefits, I had a lot friends, and enjoy the culture of the taiwan country.
Fun working as this is my first work overseas. One of the best company in taiwan. The working place is absolutely accomodating and the benefits they to their workers is great. The experience of work or experience that i carry in every place and work I’m going in the future.
Working at HTC is not only fun and productive; designers from different departments mingle and share ideas of what they learned. Execution of the projects is always cross-functional. We work with industrial designers and engineers, and sometimes UX designers to meet daily goals. The hardest part about this job is being able to solve all design issues that are addressed from different prossionals of different fields.
It's not worth it. Working very long hrs, and not well compensate. Very political inside the management. Also management team makes horrible decision and ask u to execute without giving you the right direction. Company consistently re-org making you transfer team all the time.

The work time is actually not long for a day, and people can learn a lot here. Also, there is always a lot of new idea and new technology in here. Overall, if the pay is higher, this is actually a wonderful job.

Working in sunday,I learned to be friendly,good management,safe work place,the hardest part of my jodb is using spray gun with 30,000 preassure,my enjoyable part of job giving us breaktime every two huors.
Nice place of work but i don't want the policies of the company and don't have more benifits offer to the workers, and very low salary . but the people around us for this company are good treated to the filipina.
Learnt from the job - effectively find out possible containment/root cause to problems, co-work with each dept to work out solutions w/o bugging bosses. Management - drive the factory and R&D dept and control by issue list The hardest part of the job - find out solutions to problems in limited time The most enjoyable part of the job - a sense of achievement by finding market return rate decreasing
