After major organizational change in June, management failed to reassure local staff consistency in corporate policy and transparency. At first seems to have many procedures, but actually there is no SOP or guidebook for individual business unit, and most of the time may result in disorientation or deep frustration. Too much time is wasted on bureaucracy and unnecessary "process" on different systems. The firm will need structural changes to retain abled staff.

Working hours around 9:30 to 6:30 with 1.5 hours of lunch break. I learned the financial tools as well as technical aspect of internet banking. Management is good in overall. High quality of the co-workers. Local requirement is the hardest part and most challenging part of the job. The fringe benefit of the job and life-work balancing is the most enjoyable part of the job.
Respect employees, good fringe benefits, overall culture is good.
