We’re looking for a passionate, driven, and dynamic recruitment professional to join us at INTO University Partnerships as our Recruitment Manager, Taiwan. In this key role, you’ll lead our student recruitment efforts, helping students from Taiwan access life-changing educational opportunities in the UK, USA, and Australia.

Based in Taipei (with some flexibility for candidates elsewhere in Taiwan), you’ll be part of our team of four, playing a vital role in growing student enrolments and strengthening our partnerships. A big focus of your role will be working closely with our education agents, specifically supporting and developing our Tier 3 partners.

You’ll be INTO’s face in the market, building strong, trusted relationships with agents, schools, and colleges, while also bringing fresh, creative ideas to your recruitment strategies. You’ll spot new opportunities, find new ways to engage students and partners, and help guide them through the decision-making process with care and confidence.

Beyond recruitment, you’ll also get to shape local marketing campaigns, sharing your insights to make sure our messaging really connects with the Taiwanese market. Collaboration is at the heart of this role, you’ll work closely with colleagues across East Asia, as well as with our global university partners and central admissions teams.

This is a hands-on, varied role where flexibility is key. Travel is a big part of the role, mainly across Taiwan as well as potential for international and occasional evening and weekend events to support fairs, exhibitions, and agent activities.
