- Closely work with Materials Operations and cross functional teams in materials sourcing to identifying any potential capacity/production issues or constraints. Propose solutions to resolve them in advance.
- Enhance current process to better manage the mid and long-term material vendors (Tier 2) planning strategies.
- Develop road map for supply base to build upon, ensure sourcing process/capability built are aligned with overall sourcing strategy and sourcing milestone.
- Ensure materials planning and allocation is conducted with best interest of adidas and best align between Tier 1 and Tier 2 to optimize supply chain.
- Drive end-to-end material business process, framework, and delivery timeline. Facilitate the most efficient cross-functional team communication and work process possible.
- Develop tools and system landscape to facilitate material business plan, monitor data entry, data integrity, and system performance. Ensure tools and systems are enhanced and upgraded according to evolving business plan.
- Conduct business data analysis for further strategic decision making.
- Collaborate across functions to collect insights and improve material availability, assist in Key Performance Indicator (KPI) achievement, and resolve systemic issues that negatively impact material availability.
- Conduct ad hoc global planning activities.
- Ensure all sourcing operations and practices fully comply with adidas’ Responsible Sourcing & Purchasing Policy, adidas standards and legal requirements, while managing the relevant processes internally and externally.

- Good understanding of demand models, production forecasting, purchasing practices, terminology, basic finance and supply chain principles.
- Possesses growth mindset and prioritize one’s betterment to enhance performance.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and other data analytics tools such as Power BI or Alteryx.
- Fluent in English communication.
- University degree in supply chain management, business or similar
- 3+ years related work experience in sourcing / material procurement or supply chain.
