The EC Specialist will be responsible for supporting the own eComm business in Taiwan. This includes managing online platforms, coordinating promotional activities, optimizing online performance, and driving sales growth. The role also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience and align with overall business objectives.


Your responsibilities:


1.E-Commerce Operations:

  • Manage online store content and ensure accurate product listings.
  • Monitor and maintain online platform performance.

2. Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute online promotional campaigns.
    Analyze campaign results and provide insights for optimization.

3.Performance Analysis:

  • Track sales data and website traffic to identify growth opportunities.
  • Generate reports on e-commerce KPIs.

4.Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing, inventory teams, and external business partner to ensure smooth operations.
  • Align online initiatives with offline marketing activities.

5.Customer Engagement:

  • Enhance the online shopping experience through UX/UI recommendations.
  • Address customer inquiries and support as needed.

Your ideal profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of online platforms and tools (e.g., 91App, Google Analytics, Microsoft Office).
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
